Socio-cultural and economic development of a society, education is an essential element. This project is realized, special education and rehabilitation centre of Kocaeli, 9 out of 20 active Dyslexia (specific learning disability) is implementing the programme. Enrolment rate in our city, along with the awareness of dyslexia and their families by raising awareness about the importance of education in the field of education should be to increase the number of children. Besides all this, scientific studies should be done to improve the quality of education in our city in the world, examples of good practice in this area should be included. Project objectives; Dyslexia draw attention to the importance of education, making the detection of the situation in our province, to ensure the sharing of best practices applied in Europe, to increase teachers' motivation to dyslexia, dyslexia education at the level of the European Union to create collaborative workspaces, and to establish a mutual flow of information and to promote our culture and get to know new cultures.
